WIN A FASHION PHOTOGRAPHY MASTERCLASS WITH HENRY HOLLAND AND THE XPERIA X
Put the Xperia X to the test and help Henry Holland shoot his latest collection on a smartphone
Sony has teamed up with The House of Holland to put its latest smartphone, the Xperia X, the test by launching an online photography competition to find Britain’s next up and coming fashion photographer.
One lucky competition winner will get the chance to attend an exclusive fashion shoot with Henry Holland (@henryholland) where they’ll receive a fashion photography masterclass from a House of Holland photographer and a tutorial in mobile phone photography from an Xperia expert. After that, Henry will work with the competition winner and the Xperia X on an exclusive fashion shoot, capturing some never-before-seen items and designs ahead of Henry’s Autumn/Winter launch, with the best photos, shot by the winner, to be featured on the House of Holland e-commerce site.
Designed to capture everything, even fleeting ‘X Moments’ that are here and then gone, the Xperia X boasts Sony’s most intelligent and fastest camera yet. Featuring Sony’s smart capture camera technology; it goes from standby to capturing a photo in a fraction of a second, using object tracking to track and shoot moving objects without blur, perfect for those energetic and colourful fashion shoots.
Sony and Henry launched the competition on yesterday via their social media channels, sharing some fashion inspired X Moments and inviting budding fashion photographers to do the same. Henry Holland and his team will judge the winners once entries have closed on Monday, 8th August, with the winner being announced the following day ahead of the shoot on Wednesday, 10th August.
To be in with a chance of winning this brilliant once-in-a-lifetime prize, as well as an Xperia X handset, all you have to do is share a photograph that’s been inspired by fashion and X Moments, via Twitter or Instagram, tagging #WhatsYourX and @HouseofHolland.
