School run coat

It was the first time this morning that I really felt the cold wind when I dropped the kids off to school and walked my dog, I even decided to pop on a hat.

This is the dog!!

It really did make me realise that the coats should come out and also made me want to show you a few great coats for your school & playgroup run and those that will work for the rest of your day.

Coats play a major part in our Autumn/Winter wardrobe as they will really complete your outift, make it come alive and make a statement by using it’s print or colour to draw the eye.

I have selected a few coats that I feel would be the perfect addition to your winter wardrobe;

The oversized coat is a wonderful shape this year and I really loved this grey textured oversized boyfriend coat from New Look. With a wonderful price of £64.99 this is a modern coat for this season.

This gorgeous orange biker coat from River Island will really keep you smiling this winter. The colour is one that makes a statement with the additional detailing of the asymetric zip and pockets. I really hope you can see the shape of this coat from the image, it will draw in at the waist for a fabulous shape.

The down filled parka is a definate favourite with so many of you due to the warmth and the shape. This parka from Ted Baker at £299.00 is one of this seasons beauties and one I know you will all love.

You can really see the shape this parka creates with the cinched in waist and the high neck collar

I also wanted to show you a slighter shorter jacket and this ‘Karmen’ coat from Oasis is a great example. The dogstooth print is both modern and statemented. This jacket is what we in the trade call the high break which is perfect for the apple body shape as it skims the tummy whilst drawing the eye upwards with this amazing collar. This coat is £89.00.

The parka which has really made a comeback this season, a great khaki colour and a wonderful casual style jacket. This great little coat is from H & M and is £39.99.

Have you seen which one you maybe wearing on your school run?

lots of love

Lisa
