At the Clarks Press day yesterday I was thrilled to see colour, neutral tones, wedges, small heels, workwear, ballet pumps, vintage inspired and accessories. I just knew you would like to see what is coming for your feet next season.
Mary Portas’s collection were so beautifull displayed on artificial grass it made me think of sunny days, garden parties and lunchtimes sat eating a sandwich in the park. Mary has chosen to inject great colours and the snake print which really adds texture to the boots and shoes.
Loved the brogues with added detailing on the toe
And more colour, this gorgeous pop of fuscia pink suede in the sling back platform shoe, also available in a neutral colour which makes it easy to team with many of your summer outfits.
These are the ‘Concert ticket’ strap on the instep available in heather and black patent. These shoes are vintage inspired. The shoe on the right has come staight from the Clarks museum and this is the cut out design which you can see in the ‘concert ticket’ shoe.
Ladies, the small heel is coming to you, how great is that? These gorgeous ‘Sharna balcony’ shoes come in a black combi leather and also the white combi leather. If you only like a low heel then this is going to be your open toed sandal next summer.
I hope you can really see the detail at the heel in these ‘Azizi Ivory’ shoes which are available in either the mushroom snake or black combi suede. Love the matching clutch.
The Liberty print really set the show for me yesterday, I just adore how this print has been injected into the shoes and bags, it just reminds me how great it is to be british.
Another favourite of mine were these espadrille wedges and for me the detailing on the toe set these apart from a basic espaderille.Imagine yourself on a promenade walking by the sea or popping them with a pair of white linens any day of the summer.
And finally, the ‘Silky smooth’ wedge with chain detailing on the instep. Beautiful soft leather wedges in natural and dark brown, there is also espadrille detailing on this wedge.
Now, who’s looking forward to next Spring/Summer?
Have a lovely weekend
Lots of love
